Danielle Angrand is an emerging Haitian-American jazz vocalist and mezzo-soprano bringing remarkable depth, warmth, and musical maturity to the stage. A YoungArts-recognized jazz vocalist currently studying Vocal Performance at Morgan State University, Danielle moves naturally between the language of straight-ahead jazz and her classical training, giving familiar standards a sound that feels both timeless and distinctly her own.

Already appearing alongside major jazz artists including Buster Williams, Joe Farnsworth, Warren Wolf and Emmet Cohen, Danielle is quickly establishing herself as one of the compelling young voices of her generation. Critics have praised her rich, smooth tone and the unusual emotional maturity she brings to songs such as “Misty,” “Georgia” and “Nice Work If You Can Get It.”
