Velvet Whip Membership
Velvet Whip is Philadelphia’s artist-led arts and social club — an intimate room for live music, performance, cocktails, conversation, and creative connection.
Membership is your invitation into the room where live multidisciplinary shows go on all week, all months and all year long . Whether you come to discover new artists, bring friends, support Philly’s creative scene, or make Velvet Whip your regular creative home, there is a membership tier for the way you want to belong.

Alley Cat Membership is our basic annual membership for guests who want to join the Velvet Whip community, attend shows, bring a friend, and stay connected to members-only happenings.
$50 /year renewed annually
1. Member updates & announcements
2. Exclusive invite to member’s show/events including monthly cocktail tasting, EOY holiday party
3. Bring 1 guest per show. *Guest does not need to be member but will need to bring ID and pay show cover.
4. 10% Discounted event rental at Velvet Whip (contact VW to make inquiry.)

Honey Badger Weekday Pass — $150/year
For members who want to make Velvet Whip their weekday creative home.
The Honey Badger Weekday Pass is designed for music lovers, artists, and social regulars who want to enjoy Velvet Whip’s weekday programming throughout the year.
$150/yr renewed annually

Unicorn Patron Membership is Velvet Whip’s all-access patron tier, created for supporters who want to enjoy the full Velvet Whip experience while helping sustain an artist-led stage in Philadelphia.
Includes:
Annual Velvet Whip membership
Complimentary entry to ALL Velvet Whip-produced programs
Priority reservation or best available seating when available
1 Welcome champagne for membership holder or house drink per visit

Things to know:
*Two-Drink Minimum policy
To help support our artists, staff, and intimate live-performance room, Velvet Whip has a two-drink minimum for all shows and programs.
Non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, soft drinks, and other qualifying house beverages may count toward the two-drink minimum.
Membership Etiquette
Digital Membership Card & Physical Card Pickup
Velvet Whip memberships are purchased through Ticket Tailor. Once your payment is complete, an automated Membership Activation Email will be sent to the email address used during registration.
Please open the activation email to complete your membership setup. From there, you can activate your membership portal and manage portal-related details, including updating your name, email address, and membership information.
Once your membership is activated, your Digital Membership Card will be viewable inside your membership portal. You may also download your digital card to your Apple Wallet for easy access when visiting Velvet Whip.
Members who would like a physical membership card may pick one up at Velvet Whip by the bar.

Please bring a valid ID and use the same name or email address connected to your membership registration.
Membership Notes
Membership benefits apply to Velvet Whip-produced programs only and are subject to capacity.
Private rentals, outside promoter events, fundraisers, and select premium ticketed events may be excluded unless otherwise stated.
Guests do not need to be members, but all guests must show valid ID and pay any applicable show cover unless included in the membership tier or otherwise stated.
Membership applications may require referral by an existing member in accordance with club policy and applicable regulations.
